Toni has been a market research practitioner for more than 20 years, having worked for major research companies such as Trends-MBL, PSRC-RI, GoodThinking, Nielsen and Ipsos. She brings with her the experience in handling accounts on the following industries: financial services, utilities, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, NGOs, government, and real estate.
She likewise worked in FBCRS for 3 years that helped hone her expertise on the operations side of the business and 3 years experience in the client side, Merck Kgaa, to get the client’s perspective when using market research data.
She also enjoys training and teaching, basically anything that helps impart knowledge.
All these helped form her to be a well-rounded market research practitioner, trainer and consultant.
